Replacement request

If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge, and cover the delivery costs of a replacement. We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement of your print.  

To be eligible for a replacement, your will have to send me some images of your issue with the order at info@tsouratzis.com. Then, i inspect them immediately or, in the case of a larger than A23 size print, forward them to the printing agency (professional photo & art printing lab called Theprintspace based in London, UK, also mentioned in the shipping policy page) who will make sure to arrange a replacement of your order as soon as possible. You’ll also need to forward us the receipt or proof of purchase.

I will keep you updated as soon as i have any feedback from their part regarding your replacement request. Once your request is accepted, you will also need to destroy the damaged print (for which you requested a replacement and send us an image)

Exceptions / non-replaceable items 

We do not refund or replace prints if you change your mind or do not want the print anymore after your order has been fulfilled or dispatched. 

Refund request

Αs with replacement claims, the same applies to claims for refund. I will notify you once i’ve received and inspected your images of the damaged or defective print(s) you received and let you know if the refund is approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (using the same exchange rate as your original order). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refund does not cover customs duties or import taxes (read just below)

CUSTOMS, TAX, DUTIES

Depending on the shipping address country, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees. Buyers or recipients (if you send your order to someone as a gift for example) are responsible for all customs related fees and charges. I has no control over these charges, nor can I predict what they may be.
